Originally a private purchase item, a contract was issued to Specialty Defense to manufacture R.A.C.K. for issue to 75th Ranger Units. It is designed for 5.56 magazines. It is modular. It has a webbing 'bib' on the chest and a drop down leg pouch for additional gear.
