| Originally I bought myself one ticket from Ticketmaster through the fan club. The seat was on the floor, section 103, row 24. Not the greatest seat in the world, but at the time I had no idea I would ever get the chance to buy a better seat. All through the tour I keep hearing about how people wait until the day of a show and Ticketmaster pulls up extremely close seats, first row even! My mom said that she wanted to go to this show as well, so I kept checking Ticketmaster for a reasonable seat but with no luck. The morning of the show I checked Ticketmaster once and the seats were crap. A few hours later I checked again and it pulled up section 102, row 5! I bought it and gave my mom the 24th row seat. If there is one thing to be learned from this whole experience is that if crap seats don't show up when the concert first goes on sale, wait until the day of the show. A lot of people seem to have had luck with that method. Being 5th row was awesome! I felt like I was actually ON the stage, and that the band was playing for ME. And it was so loud. My head still hurts the day after. I didn't get the chance to get up to the stage, but there's always next time! The show was awesome. It was definitely the best show for me. The people around me were cool, too. I had a contest winner on one side of me who had a meet and greet pass, and a chick on the other side of me who has connections and had a meet and greet pass as well. I was in the presence of so many lucky people. |
