Her scariest memory was when she was about two years old. She dreamed a bad dream and scared herself. Her mom and dad were there to calm her down, they said, "It was all just a bad dream." She was in her bedroom crying to herself about it. The dream happened when she was dreaming of good things. Her scariest memory was when about her dream. Her dream was about a certain type of monster. Maybe you have heard of it. She dreamed of the boogieman. Have you ever dreamed of him before when you were little? If you have, had you been scared, what did it look like to you? Was it freaky looking or what? She was scared of it because of its smile; she says that if her dreams weren't pretty then she would scream. She had a fear of certain types of dreams. She wasn't afraid of all dreams she had. She wasn't afraid of the dreams that have flowers and about her favorite things and what she liked. She wasn't afraid of her family and her friends, but she was afraid of monsters and people that she didn't like in her dreams.

She was in her bedroom sleeping and minding her own business, when she dreamed of a pony and out of nowhere, an ugly eyed boogieman popped up, and started singing a hideous song. After he finished singing, he grinned and showed his ugly black stained teeth, and that was when she opened her eyes and the words "ahhh," came out of her mouth. Then after the terrifying scream, her mom and dad rushed in. They didn't know what was going on, and they looked very worried. They asked her, "what's the matter," and she said she saw a boogieman's teeth. They replied, saying, "It was all just a dream." So then, she closed her eyes and fell back into deep sleep. But she can hardy sleep, so she was up with her eyes opened wide, trying not to fall back sleep because she was afraid that she would dream of it again. So in the morning her eyes where somewhat red with tiny looking vain in her eyes. She was yawning and almost fell asleep in class. When she did, her teacher told the students to be quiet, while she came up and shook her. She was awaken and then everybody was laughing at her because she fell asleep and she didn't know what was going on.

It was raining hard that night so she had trouble sleeping. It was around 2 o'clock in the morning and she was trying so hard to get back to sleep in her bedroom. She tried using her hands to cover her eyes and she tried putting the sleeping mask over her face. She even talked her mom and dad into reading her a late bedtime story, but that didn't even get her to sleep so she finally spoke to her mom and dad about the terrible nightmare she justs had. She heard all the creeks and cracks outside, made by the branches; she touched and cuddled her teddy bear. She smelled the smelly boogieman's breath in her dream, and she tasted the fear for the first time. She never wanted to experience what she had experienced right now. She had trouble sleeping when she was around 2 or 3 years old, then one night she feel asleep on a light like that and she dreamed of the boogieman once more, and then out of nowhere a strange looking person came up and fought the boogieman, and that person was her courage.
