Writers Essence |

In elementary school, her earliest memory was about what she wanted to be when she grows up. She wanted to be an author because of everything she's read when she was a kid. She wanted to be an author because she wanted to inspire kids to read and write. She wanted to become an author because she wanted to show the world that younger generations can write/make books just as well, but may take a little longer than you can, but at least they can do something like us. They might feel that they fit in as if that's how she felt when she finished writing the book. She wanted to be an author because she wanted to see could she accomplish such a big task to write for kids. Being an author was her earliest memory, which she stills, have plan for but put on hold for a little while. She wanted to be an author because she wanted to have a great impact on the sociality around her, trying to get kids to pick out a favorite book and sit down and read, like writing books kids are interested in. She wanted to be an author because she thought that it was the best job to make a lot of money and get the world out that she can do it an that she can really accomplish her dream as a writer for kids and that they would appreciate what she have done. |

Her teachers, family and friends were there when she decided that she wanted to be an author, when she was in elementary school. They were there, she thinks to support her about her discussion and trying to help her accomplish what she needed to accomplish. They rooted for her the whole step of the way that her teacher made it a project that she needed to do. We needed to make a book and ask younger and older kids to read it to see if they liked it or not. If they liked it then she is set with that one book, but if they didn't like it, then she needed to get their opinions and write it to what they said like their comments about the book. She was lucky that the book that she made was good enough so she didn't need to make a new one, but she got comments to make it better than the original. Her teachers helped her the most because they know more English and they helped her with her grammar mistakes and they helped with the books content and how she should put them in the book. |

She remembered that the weather was cool in a sort of way. She remembered that the weather was windy and that leafs where flying around the place. She was speaking to her teachers and her parents because they were giving advice on how to make her book a little better. She was also speaking to my friends because they were all reading her book and giving her the good luck phrases. She also remembered speaking to her brother because, since he is younger than she are, he could read it and tell her what he like and what he didn't like about the book. So that's why her mom and dad say that having someone younger than you are lucky. She could read her book to him and ask for his comments about the book like if he liked it or not and why, and tell how she could make it seem better. She thinks that having someone younger than you would make a perfect audience because they would know what and they would follow with the book that you are writing. Also that they would tell you what they think is wrong and right. |

She heard a lot of talking when she was getting more help on her book than she needed to because she wanted my book to be the very best so they were all trying to help her, by explaining things. She heard all the different stories being told because of the other students and some where writing stories too. She heard the principle talking because she is the one who was introducing us to the kids and our parents in the beginning. She heard a lot of applause and screaming from the kids, the parents, and especially the teachers since they work very hard with us. She thought that theirs were good but not perfect. She felt how the book was so soft because of the paper and because she wrote in it. She felt how the book was made like the binding of the book. She smelled the glue being pasted onto her book and she smelled the different kind of food being put onto the table for the reading of the books. She felt the handshakes of the parents, teachers and friends because they wanted to congratulate her because she finished presenting her book to the school. She tasted the success of her work because of how much she had accomplished and that the younger and older kids like it so she felt very proud of the work that she had done. |
