Knight of the East

The Fifteenth Degree of "Knight of the East" is an allegory. It is based on the historical incidents related in the Book of Ezra, at which time the Israelites were held in bondage in Babylon during the reign of Cyrus, King of Persia. The lesson it seeks to reach are fidelity to obligation and perseverence amid difficulties and reverses. It's object is liberty under a free government.
