A country with 4 languages means that the national anthem is sung in 4 langueages.
When a big sports even is planned in Switzerland let's say the ice-hockey world cup or the european championships , the players are usually lined up and along with the swiss supporters start to sing the national anthem in 4 langiuages loud , you can imagine the messed up vocals in the stadium. One country should have one national anthem and 4.
Skiing
Land of the alps and skiing slopes , yeah right what happened to the swiss alpine skiing team ? let's face it they can't be lucky in skiing which they have been so far. Sonja Nef a discrace to the sport and that Zurbriggen guy. The Austrians on the other hand are fantastic along with the kroatians and swedes.
Ice Hockey
Swiss hockey is worse than swiss football, Switzerland has never taken a Gold medal in the WC or the European championship. That makes them worse than Austria and England which both have World Cup gold medals.
Why do they even bother sending a team to the world cups they wont get any medals.
Maybe they get a kick out of losing.
Track and Field (Athletics)
Does Switzerland even have a track and field team?
Next 100m, 400m, 800m, 1500, longjump, highjump olympic champ is going to be a swiss , the betting agencies would go bank rupt if that was to be.
Switzerland has never taken a gold medal in any athletics event since the start of the olympic games 1896 and will never do so.
Basketball
Ha ha ha the biggest laugh in sports , Switzerland is ranked oh sorry on the officaial world basketball federation's website they don't even have Switzerland on the rankings because they are so crappy. Countries like India , Bangladesh and Qatar are ranked higher than Switzerland.
