Mario Golf (GBC) | ![]() |
|||||||
One of the best Mario games on GBC, if you manage to find it that is... | |||||||||
Graphics – 6/10 Hey, its on GBC… the graphics aren’t AWESOME, but they’re good enough and they aren’t square-looking (if you know what I mean.) Controls – 9/10 They aren’t very hard at all and you can get adjusted to them very quickly. Plus, you can’t get confused with that whole smash, lob, drop shot, slice, and top-spin thing. Characters – 10/10 Like the N64 version, Mario Tennis for GBC excels in this category. You can play as Mario, Luigi, Peach, D.K, a wide cast of characters who seem to appear in this game only. Also, there’s the main character, who you choose at the start of the game… along with being able to transfer characters from the N64 version (possibly Bowser) Items – 5/10 There’s certain equipment you can use once you make it to the senior and varsity levels such as an Iron Racket, Iron Shoes…there’s even a special racket you can get before you play in the Island Open (tournament)! Music – 7/10 There’s the main theme, which you hear a LOT in the game, which is sort of repetitive. The tournament music is still cool, the practice matches are exceptionally good, and of course…the Mario theme is in there… secretly. Fun Factor – 10/10 Still fun!!!! Secret courts, equipment, great music, hey, what’s there to complain about? Find this game, buy it, and most importantly… ENJOY IT! |
