People of the Math

The people of the math work to deliver the missions of their mathayatanas. The brothers and sisters adopt a Hindu name and adopt some common pracitices such as prayers, etc that are done together each day individually in their own home. It is this common practice that unites them, these simple things that are added to their own individual practice and study. The brothers and sisters organize the satsangs and work with their satsang community. Each brother and sister is also a part of the Progressive Hindu Association and follows its guidelines.

Mathakesavadhari Mathavasi Swami Gadadhar Das

Mathavasi Swami Gadadhar Das is the founder and head of the Mata Devi Math. He is also the head of the Lawton Mata Devi Mathayatana and the organizer of the Lawton Gita Satsang. The word Mathakesavadhari means founder of a math. The word Swami after Mathavasi shows that this person is the head of the entire Math.

Mathavasi Ganapati Kamesh

Mathavasi Ganapati Kamesh is the head of the Norman Mata Devi Mathayatana  and the organizer of the Norman Gita Satsang.

Mathavasini Prashantisarasvati

Mathavasini Prashanti Saraswati is the head of the Enid Mata Devi Mathayatana  and assists Parvati Sundari in organizing the Enid Gita Satsang, the first satsang founded by Gadadhar Das.

Mathavasini Kirtana Dasi

Kirtana Dasi resides in California. She has currently moved to be in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Sadhaka Skanda Dasa

Skanda Dasa resides in Ontario, Canada  and is the newest addition to our family. He has a minister background that he brings to the Math.

Anuddha Manohara Das

Manohara Das resides in California. He has currently moved to be in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
