| We have now finished the architectural plans of our 18 hole 72 par PGA golf course. This project was approved at the Almunecar Town Hall meeting 17/08/05 and now to be sent to La Junta de Andalucia en Granada. We are negociating with several qualified developers at this time, to award the contract.
