Lester "Beetlejuice" Green vs. James Francis AKA Jamie Waddleton Client for $4,860 for injuring Big Pappa during dwarf tossing. Mathis says BJ is famous and where is he from. He says Bubble Boy, Scary Movie 2, Howard Stern. Mathis asks him if Howard makes fun of him. BJ says no. Mathis says he's heard him on Howard making fun of him. Sean says James was a dwarf handler who was a drunk who ran around naked. Sean's been doing this for 4 years and found BJ at a bar. James says he discovered them and turned the dwarves over to Sean for 10%. James worked for him 18 months and paid him well for a while. Joey Boots is James witness. James says it's a freak show, you have to be a drunk to be in the business. They were at a dwarf tossing event and James was drunk and picked him up, threw him badly, he bounced off the mat and went into a glass door. James doesn't really remember that, but thinks he hated him. It was Joey's party. They have a tape of the party where Pappa points down at the mattress and James falls over and drops him on the floor and into the sliding door. They also want money for harassment. James called him up and threatened him. Mathis tells BJ to stand up and separate them and he does it. He also kicked Pappa in the face. He says he did it because he deserved it. Sean wasn't paying him, so he did it. Sean says he paid him $100 a week to stay home since he was a drunk. James says Sean kidnapped him and took him to his house. Sean says that was to keep him sober. Sean wins $4,860. Mathis admits this is the first time he couldn't help someone. He says to say hi to Howard and get on the first train out of Chicago. After Sean says Jamie is insane for thinking he made Beetlejuice, it was all Howard. |
