Simply send omega_ice@hotmail.com a 400 x 60 banner in gif or jpg format. The size of the banner should be less than 200K. You can advertise your shop, your guild, your site. Or you can put a message through - wish a birthday, say merry christmas, send your apologies to someone, make a stand and make it clear. Just take note that your image should not have anything related to pornography and vulgarities. It is advisable to use suitable colours in order to get your message through.
