To Whom It May Concern!
Before you make any conclusions about me I would like to give you a brief explanation to why, in my opinion, I would be your first choice for this position! I am not a looser and cannot accept failure without a fight!

After working in Thailand with construction of oil refieneries and other process industries as mechanical supervisor, piping superintendent and construction manager, I with many others was layed off due to the economic crisis that struck south east asia 1996.

I went back to my home country, Sweden, and tried to restructure my carreer!
I tried for a while to get a job in similar positions as in Thailand but after failing to do so I went back to work as a pipe fitter in the offshore sector in Norway 1997.

But switching from being the construction manager to be a pipe fitter made me realize that I could not go on, so I decided to go back to get what it required, to come back to supervising position, a university degree in mechanical engineering.

After doing so I got a job on the inspection department of an oil refinery in Sweden, Nynas Petroleum. I had a good job, a nice office, good colleagues and was well paid, but my heart and mind was else where in the world.

At one state I understood out that in Sweden I was among the wrong elements and wanted to get out in the wide world again! I realized that I had lost a battle but I would not loose the war! I quit my job on Nynas petroleum and returned to Thailand to pursue my career where I had left it in 1996.

I have the last three years had a few different jobs just to keep me alive! I have been to Indonesia and installed compressed air systems on a tuna fish can factory, sold time share houses in Pattaya, set up the safety department on a company that deals with high pressure water cleaning of process industries!

Been project engineer on projects of roof cladding, fireprotection systems and PE lining of sewer piping. I was than transferred to a company, in their group, that manage hazardous waste. This company was then closed, in November 2001, by the government due to incorrect permits!

I am now back, in the construction business, where I belong! I am working for Chevron Offshore Thailand Ltd, installing a mercury removal unit on one of their field based oil tankers. This includes the steel structure, skid package, equipment, motors, pumps and pipe system.

Please study my CV and make up your mind if I will be your man!

Cerificates and testimonial references will be submitted upon request or at a future employment interview!

Sincerely Yours!
