There at the Shaolin Temple (Small Forest Temple), he taught the monks three kata sets; namely 18 Healthy Exercises, Bone Marrow Washing, and Muscle-Tendon Change. His physical, mental and spiritual teachings at the Shaolin Temple greatly influenced Oriental martial arts. He was highly skilled in meditation, yoga and the martial arts.
