The First Floor

Here's the downstairs.  All of the ugly carpets need to be pulled up to reveal the hardwood beneath.  The wallpaper will be coming off and perhaps we will be redoing a lot of the walls.  The ceilings need to be redone since the plaster board is sagging and the paint is cracked.  Note the lovely wood trim though and the spaciousness (if you can tell).  With a little love it could be pretty kickin'.
