MEDICATION INSTRUCTIONS MANAGEMENT
o Do you know what medications the elder is taking? o Do you know why the elder is taking the medication? o Does the elder understand the instructions for taking the medication? o Do you know if the elder is allergic to the medication?
The elderly, families and caregivers caregivers can learn how to answer these and other questions during the two-and-a-half hour class.
