Fees
All applications are completed through RomanCart. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Cancellations
Seminars will be cancelled by MATTESON ELDER CARE SERVICES if there is insufficient enrollment.
Cancellation by attendee is accepted by telephone and supported in writing either by e-mail or United states mail as soon as possible.
All cancellations incur a cancellation fee.
Payment
Registration for all seminars must be prepaid.

Checks returned for insufficient funds will be addressed on an individ-dual basis.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to registrant minus the cancellation fee. If it is necessary for MATTESON ELDER CARE SERVICES to cancel a seminar due to insufficient enrollment, a complete refund will be issued.
Registration
As a courtesy to the speaker and attendees, please arrange sitter service for children and pets.
Privacy
Your e-mail address and other information may be disclosed to third parties involved in the completion of your transaction.
All transactions are completed on SSL connection.
Except as directed by law upon the advice of legal counsel and subpoenas: no other disclosure will be made of name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and bank account number.
