Ms Bender will show us how we can laugh for "the health of it," even in the midst of chaos.  She has been on national and local television promoting laughing exercises as a complementary health care. Ms Matteson will facilitate the Informal Sit & Chatfor discussing caregiving; what would make caregiving easier and resources for the journey.  Ms Matteson is the author of "My Diary:  Starter Kit"
