Matthew J Mink is currently a senior in the Creative Writing program at his university, and he is preparing to complete his final semester in May. He has been married for a year, now, with no children, except for a puppy named Milo.

While he has yet to publish any of his work, Mink utilizes his free time (and some time at his part-time job) to read and write new material. His interests span several disciplines - nonfiction, fiction, and poetry - while his main focus is in fiction.

Statement from the author:

I'm a beginning writer trying to find time in this crazy life to write some fiction, hone my skills, and find my voice along the way. In most of my work I like to look at the kind of people that wouldn't orinarily be the focus of our attention. It's been a valuable lesson for me, and I hope it is for you, in realizing that there are no small roles in the game of life. I write because I want to change the world.
