Daryl has been involved in the educational system of NYS for the past 29 years. He started out as a sixth grade teacher, and coached both Football and Basketball during 15 years of teaching.

Twelve years ago, he ventured into the ever-so challenging administrative aspect of education, and has served as Elementary Principal in the Cincinnatus Central School District and currently serves as Principal at the Oakfield-Alabama Elementary School in the rural town of Oakfield.

Beep,Beep,we're off to OACS!

Children Learn What They Live

If a child lives with criticism, he learns to condemn.
If a child lives with hostility, he learns to fight.
If a child lives with fear, he learns to be apprehensive.
If a child lives with pity, he learns to feel sorry for himself.
If a child lives with ridicule, he learns to be shy.
If a child lives with jealousy, he learns what envy is.
If a child lives with shame, he learns to feel guilty.
If a child lives with encouragement, he learns to be confident.
If a child lives with tolerance, he learns to be patient.
If a child lives with praise, he learns to be appreciative.
If a child lives with acceptance, he learns to love.
If a child lives with approval, he learns to like himself.
If a child lives with recognition, he learns that it is good to have a goal.
If a child lives with sharing, he learns about generosity.
If a child lives with honesty and fairness, he learns what truth and justice are.
If a child lives with security, he learns to have faith in himself and in those about him.
If a child lives with friendliness, he learns that the world is a nice place to live.
If a child lives with serenity, your child will live with peace of mind.

The Best Thing You Can Spend On Your Child is
TIME.

In case you haven't guessed by now, especially if you have sound, is that he is a big fan of "Alabama". He got caught doing a karaoke a couple of years ago of their song about the mountains. He was a good sport especially in front of some of his students. He loves all kinds of music, yet favors country and oldies from the 60's, 70's and 80's. He loves to laugh and have fun and is a practical joker when given the chance.

Daryl enjoys playing golf, camping and is an avid basketball and football fan. Of course, in up-state New York, there is no other team to root for!

Go Bills!!
