Grizzly Island
- Solano County
Grizzly, which is part of a wildlife refuge, was once a dairy and agricultural area. The last dairy closed in 1947, and the state purchased the island for use as a waterfowl-management area a year later. Birds and Tule elk are found on the island and in the surrounding marshes.
