Although I don't take part in anywhere near as much sport as I used too, I still have a keen interest in many sports.
One of my biggest sporting passions is rugby. I have supported Cardiff RFC since I was a small boy and still follow them avidly now. Unfortunately, due to living over 100 miles from Cardiff for all of the last four seasons, travelling to see them wasn't an option for me, (limited funds to boot!) Gladly, I am now back in Cardiff and will be down the Arms Park this season supporting the best team in Wales.
I also follow the results of Glamorgan Wanderers RFC as I played for their junior and youth teams. They're a relatively small club based with Cardiff but are doing very well maintaining a place in the national first division. As I say a relatively small club so all support is welcome. They can be found at the memorial ground in Ely, Cardiff.
The other team I avidly follow is Cardiff City AFC. Again, I have supported them since I was a small boy and I'm currently enjoying their good form and challenge for promotion into Nationwide division one after just being promoted last season. This current good form is massively due to our saviour and hero Mr Sam Hamman. Thanks for your good work Sam and keep it going
The only sport that I currently partake in with any regularity is Snooker. I'm not exactly a Mark Williams or Ronnie O'Sullivan but I enjoy it so I don't care!!! Can be seen playing weekly in Rileys Snooker Club, Canton, Cardiff. I'll be the idiot moaning because the balls aren't going where intended!
