The wedding"theme" was Easter-ish colors. Mainly yellow, and other pastels. The bride wore a light yellow dress w/ Easter flowers. The groom wore the traditional Army Class A uniform (the pants & jacket are a dark green...and went wonderful w/ the brides' yellow). The first flower girl/brides maid wore a soft blue and te oter a soft yellow. The escort for the bride wore black dress pans and a white dress shirt......Which from this descripton the whole bridal party iht should mis-matched but actualy everthingent together quite well, and it was a lovely ceremony after all the work put into ONE day of planning.
The bouquets carried by the flower girls/brides maids were hand made by my mothers' best friend, Irene. The bouquet carried by me was made by Matt. Irene's daughter, Kayla, is the beautiful redhead brides maid you'll see in the pictures. Irene also did my hair for the wedding. The other brides maid was Matt's niece, Emily. And my escort down the aisle ws my brother, Chris.
Thank you to all the people who rushed to plan a wedding ONE day, especially my mom, Irene, Kayla and Chris for spending the day wth me before the ceremony. And thanks to Chris for making those wonderul deserts hat everyone loved. Thanks to Matt & his mom for the planning on thier end while I was running around trying to get my things done.
Most of all, thank you to my new husband and the owner of my heart, Matt. Thank you for giving your heart and soul, your love and life to me. Thank you for our wonderful son, Scott, and our other baby. Thank you for the past memories and the ones the to come. I love you.....
