Each season of C.S.I. , gets better. In the season 2 finale we learn Grissom is losing his hearing. This is also evident in the first few sows of season 3 and the last two. In "Play With Fire" we see Grissom flipping through his role-o-dex, he pulls out a card we see a doctor's name and I believe what they specialize in. "In the Box" the season 3 finale we notice Grissom's hearing loss is significity increases. Grissom goes to see Doc Robbins, who in turn tells Grissom the bad news that if he wants to hear he should have surgery. As the show ends Grissom is in the hospital before surgery. Catherine gets emotional over this, but as we all know Grissom doesn't show any emotion. To find out about what happens we are going to have to wait till season 4, which will be a lot more interesting and what happens to Gil and Catherine. In season 3 Catherine has a lot of personal issues, like her ex-husband dying in "Lady Heather's Box". "In the Box" Catherine sits down with a suspect and finds out that his DNA and hers have a few things in common, thus after nearly forty years Catherine finds out who her biological father is. Nick and Warrick don't change all that much. Sara learns that she needs more personal time, in "Let the Buyer Beware" Sara is late two hours due to the fact that she is on a date and Grissom apoglizes that he wanted her to have a social life and now that she has one it's hard to be a C.S.I. In "Play With Fire" Sara is injured in an explosion along with Greg who is serisouly hurt and when Sara talks to Grissom all she thinks about is work and her injury is fine, but Grissom calls a paramedic to help her. Also towards the end Sara asks Grissom if it's ok they go to dinner and see what happens. Grissom says no, but in the scene we can tell that those two have a little chemistry going on. Also in about three episodes Sara's boyfriend Hank is involved with the scene and she gets emotional over that. Overall season 3 has got to be the best one so far. My most favorite season 3 shows are: "The Accused is Entitled" "Lady Heather's Box" "Play With Fire" and "In the Box". I hope season 4 is as good or better as season 3. We'll have to wait till fall to see and next may for a seasonal summary.
