Komani was known as Mocedes and appeared on RnB group Tony Toni Tones 1990 single ' Feels Good '. He then changed to gangsta rap and teamed up with his half brother 2pac in the form of THUG LIFE. He then changed his name to Mopreme to suite the gangsta image. Mopreme later joined the outlawz and had the alias KOMANI. He did not appear on many Outlawz songs. He was on the first Outlawz song, When we ride on All eyez on me and unreleased song If you play your cards right. It is thought that Suge Knight did not want him in the group. Komani AKA Mopreme is still a member of Thug Life. In 1999 he made a appearance on Rappin 4-Tay's album Introduction to Mackin. and he had a solo song on Bay Area rapper Mac Mall's compilation called Mac Mall presents the Mallennium Vol 1 on the song called Mack A Frama Lama. |
