Gigantos

This race is based off of the character Kongol from the Playstation game The Legend of Dragoon, who was a Giganto. If you haven't played this game, I thouroughly reccomend it.

- Personality: Gigantos, though intimidating, are quite easy to get along with. They are gentle and have a wonderful sense of humor. Their gentle nature ends with interpersonal relations. In battle, they are sometimes more feared than even the Elves. They share a lot of traits with the Dwarves, and are sometimes referred to as the 'Tall Dwarves".

- Physical Description: The Giganto are very large Humans. They stand about 7 to 8 ft. tall and can weigh upwards of 500 pounds, sometimes more. Both men and women are very large; very muscular and also have quite a bit of fat. Giganto hair varies in color just as a Human's does. They wear their hair in wild styles; men usually with mohawks and women with dreadlocks.

- Relations: The Gigantos are welcomed in all areas of society. They live amongst all manner of people, though rarely rule. They are friendly to all and generous to those in need. They get along especially well with the Dwarves who share a love of the mountains and of family values.

- Alignment: Gigantos are a law loving people. They tend towards good although some may be evil who feel that the Giganto race should rule all oilier races. These radicals are rare, but tend to be some of the most powerful of the race.

- Giganto Lands: Gigantos live everywhere. They can be in the big cities, small towns, or in some instances their own tribes. Gigantos fit into society as easily as Humans do. They are charismatic so all races get along with and accept the Gigantos as fellow citizens.

- Religion: All deities can be found amongst the Giganto people being worshipped. Most commonly, the Giganto will worship the deities that are revered as creators of the other races. No one knows just who is the father, or mother, of the Giganto race. This is what leads them to worship who they do. It gives them a sense of importance and relevance even if their creator doesn't make him/herself known. Some say though that the Dwarf god Moradin may be the one who created the Giganto given the special bond they share.

- Language: Gigantos speak the Giant tongue naturally. This version of the Giant tongue is mingled with words taken from the Dwarven script whom Gigantos find that they have an unusual and special bond with. They also learn the Common tongue so they can-better fit in with society. Most don't spend the time to learn other languages, feeling that 'two languages will be enough.

- Names: Just like Humans, Gigantos may have any name under the sun. They usually use Human names or Dwarven names, but occasionally may have names taken from other languages. Since the Gigantos are a fairly young race, they have no names of then own.

- Adventurers: Adventuring doesn't come natural to the Gigantos, or not as much as you'd think. They have strong family ties, much like the Dwarves. A Giganto may adventure for many reasons. One thing that is quite different from other races is that occasionally an entire family may adventure together.
