THINK
Aching hearts with outstretched hands
Starving children throughout our lands
Angry faces inviting death
War is hell, life unkempt
Hatred lurks within their minds
Controlling sinners bide their time
Man against man, God can't help
Man made holocaust within himself
Where is peace when we need it so
Soul's mournful cry, nowhere to go
Racial hatred festers nigh
Religious turmoil, the world, it sighs
No one could ever see the light
While killing others just on sight
Country against country, brothers too
Fathers, mothers, me and you
How can all this be our fate?
As children suffer and learn to hate
When will the world understand
That is does not hurt to lend a hand
For we are all the same, you see
Regardless of our race or creed
