Minneapolis Vacation

A few months ago, Angie & I started planning a vacation to Minneapolis.  We were hoping that we would be able to meet up with one of my cyberpals Tina, because she lives not TOO far from there.  Luckily, Tina was able to make the arrangements also & she and her son Landon met us there in July, 2000. This is our story in pictures.

Tina & I in the hotel.  We were surprised to find out that we could access our AOL accounts from our rooms.  This picture was taken after our day at Valley Fair & we both were a little sunburned.

First stop was Valley Fair.

Tina & I kept our feet on the ground (most of the time), but Angela & Landon covered most of the rides there.  This roller coaster was much too high for me.

We didn't get any pictures of the roller coaster that Tina & I went on, but got lots of pix of the rides Landon & Angela were on.  The camera was put away for the water park where we all got wet & had lots of fun.

Next stop was Mall of America

In the lower level of the Mall of America is Underwater World.

We had a great time on our holiday.  This was a vacation that I'll never forget.  Tina and I were good friends before we met & now we're great friends.
