"Jack" is a litter brother to Ch Mavmon Ebonite Minstrel ("Bob") Jack does well in the show ring although it is not his favorite pastime. He much prefers to be home chasing sparrows! Jack is a rescue dog, returning to us in 1999 in a terrible condition. After much love & attention he recovered enough for us to try him in the ring. He soon had his first points towards his title. A rest was then taken whilst Jack recoated and put on more condition & on his return to the ring he completed his title easily. Even though Jack has been a little in the shadow of his flashier brother he has still managed to hold his own. He has the most loving temperament & is a bit of a favourite here at Mavmon.
A sound bodied dog with correct coat & conformation, well balanced head, good bone and a lovely topline and a magic front.
Jack has also done well at Specialty shows, winning his class in Australian Bred at the South Australia Collie Club Championship show in 2001 & 2nd in Australian Bred class at the Victorian Collie Club Championship show in 2001.
