You left your number on my wall
My coffee's boiling, my eggs are boiled
The clock's ticking, it's half past eight
The news is on, it's getting late.

I'm losing my senses to the sound
Of water dripping to the ground
Where are you now, I wonder somehow
Where would you be, if not with me.
The sun's scorching, the flowers are dead
Who'll feed the fish swimming in my plate
Cut myself on broken glass
The blood flowing dries up real fast.

Stayed at home to play our song
Turned it  full blast to cover my wrongs
Never gonna admit my mistakes
Or tell you I love you - till it's too late.

Got up really early this morning
Can't bear the sound of babies crying
Went outside to smell the rain
Don't care if you think I am insane

What's the matter with you - swearing at me?
I know myself better - don't you think?
Don't ever tell me what to do
I'm the brains , you are the fool.

Quarreled last night - what a shame
Over stale meat and cold champagne
I'm getting bored with you - it's true
Needed more than cigarettes to see me through.

I guess there's not much use denying
When you left me, I feel like crying
You are made for me, and me for you
Listen hard - I'm saying "I LOVE YOU".

If you won't let go
of what's making you feel.
So down and low
it only goes to show,
You're all you ever need
You've the world right at your feet.
Angles may be knocking at your door
Heaven's tapping on the floor
You can choose to wait till they're gone
Or refuse to be forlorn.

Life is full of ups and down
Isn't it what it's all about?
Only dead man's without a problem
6 feet underground - all cold and solemn p;
From where you are, it's too late
To look back, wanting to change the fate.
Cry a pitiful tears of blood
Seeing how you could have gotten outta that gut
You seek for forgiveness
But have you forgiven
Lives that made you cringe and shudder
And made you stronger - for all that matters&nbssp;
They have made things better,

It's a living man's world out there
It's the trips and falls that makes you aware
It's the heartbreaks and failure that makes ya shiver,
Sit up straight and urge you to ponder
That all of life's blunder
Should've made ya stronger - for all that matters.&nbbsp;

Write you a letter today
Gonna send it to you someday
About life and feelings and all those stuff
And those little things that made us laugh
There are some things that we can't change
Like how this pain keeps surfacing again
Yes, this would have been different
Perhaps taken on a better turn
But everything happens for a reason.
There's so many things I've yet to learn
There's a need for me to conceal
My hopes and wishes and how I feel
Some things are better left unsaid
Safely tucked away under our beds
There are some things you need to know
Matters unresolved a long time ago
When you told me to let's be so
When I tired to tell myself to let it go.
What has come between us
Is something I can't comprehend
Is this how things are meant to be
Is this how it's gonna end.
Please try to understand
This urgent need to hold your hand
It's nothing that I can explain
Putting the pieces together just drives me insane
I need to hear the truth
I need to hear it from you
But until I'm strong enough to hear the 'Whys'
I'll seek refuge beneath these lies.
