| Note the check date on this one is earlier than the other one (The first check we found was dated May 8, 2004). That means that this one was cashed and processed first of the two. We did not catch it until very last because we weren't looking for forged checks. Also, note that in the memo field, Bill writes: B-Ball Funds. This is moreplausible than the other check as Basketball is my favorite sport to play. Still, the fact that the signature looks NOTHING like mine was the dead giveaway here once again. |

| Well, once we spoke with our financial advisor, all of our funds were returned and steps were taken to inform Bill's bank of his 'shady' transactions. Currently, Bill is being followed by a couple of collection agencies for funds owed. But amazingly enough, that still has not stopped institutions like BOM from giving him access to more bank accounts. Way to go guys! Way to encourage a dumbass! |
