| Again, remember to breath and to keep this list handy, or several copies of it, where ever you go. Ask the caller, once you have gotten back up off the floor, to hold on just a second while you get the list of questions and a "working" pen out and ready. The most important thing to remember is that even if you forget to ask these questions , all is not lost. Call them back later when you have had a chance to recover your composure and ask them then. The answers will be the same then as now. |
