			I betaed most of my early stuff myself, not knowing anybody else who could do it.  I had friends in the dorm who also read fanfiction and would sometimes look through my stuff for me if I printed it out first, but 'Xander Wishes,' 'Uninvited, Unforbidden,' all the stuff in between there didn't really have a decent beta.  Pre-wedding Jitters was the first thing I sent away to have betaed-- partly because I'd just found a list of people willing to read, partly because it was my first sex and I was scared as hell of it.  It didn't come back to me for over a month, and I didn't seek out a beta again until I wrote Destiny.  I really needed somebody in the fandom to read that for me and make sure I wasn't abusing Wesley's voice (or missing it).  Since then, I want to send every little piece of nothing away to be proofread.  Hi Kristina!  I love you! Cannonball Days was written for the improv, and I usually proof those myself or ask somebody in the dorms to look at them for me-- it's just because those stories are short and on deadline.  But I asked Kristina if she could look through it real quick, and she did, and she tore it apart.  You don't even want to imagine what it looked like before.  I was bugging around Slashing the Angel and suddenly wanted to write, so I just sat down and whipped out eight pages (well, over the course of several hours).  They were in bad shape, at least I could recognize that.  But my brain was so fried by then that there was nothing I could do to help myself, and the deadline for the improv was in 24 hours. This fic was really just me in the mood to write X/A.  I want to write them all the time, every day (unless I'm feeling silly, and then a weird couple like D/O will make me happier-- or S/X.  Someday, I'm gonna write S/A...) The only other thing I can say about this is, I guess, that geocities is being cranky with me, so I wanna finish this About before I get kicked off again.  Hope you enjoy... etc.
