AOL
Chat
Prelude
You
have just entered room "panta98 Chat52."
naranjahit has entered the room.
Einai2000 has entered the room.
naranjahit:Hi
Iris!
Einai2000:Finally!!!!
panta98:Thats' better!!!
Einai2000:Steeeeeeeelllaaa!!
naranjahit:IIIIIIIIIIIiiiris!!!!!
Einai2000:Fraaaannnz!
Einai2000:And
Carl?
panta98: Trying to
get you, Iris, I booted myself out -- and AOL did not want to load
again!
naranjahit: Hi
Franz!
panta98: Just a few seconds,
I'll proceed inmediately. ....
naranjahit: Ok,
waiting.
THE FUN BEGINS ....
panta98:This time, in our
international chat, the chain of events between 1979 and today will
mainly
be reviewed from a praxical, from a theoretical perspective.
Einai2000:Can't
even see my own two messages I sent off - they do not appear on my
screen!!
Einai2000:...Ok!
Now I read you, got the messages right now.
panta98:The personal data
are very simple: between 1979 and 1983, I was lecturing at
theUniversity
of The Andes, Merida, Venezuela. During this period I got married for
the
second time; and our daughter, Nandi, was born in November, 1979.
Einai2000: Proceed...
Good evening, Carl!
naranjahit: Carl,
were is he? I can't read him!
panta98: Yes, there we go:
Take off!!!
Einai2000: Franz.
Invite Carl please!
panta98: Yes!
CarlzimC has entered
the room.
Einai2000: I
invited Carl already...
naranjahit: Finally,
Hi Carl!
panta98: AOL is loca tonight!!!
Einai2000: Carl!
Good Evening!
CarlzimC: Hi, guys.
Einai2000:To
say the least, Franz!
panta98:The personal data
are very simple: between 1979 and 1983, I was lecturing at
theUniversity
of The Andes, Merida, Venezuela. During this period I got married for
the
second time; and our daughter, Nandi, was born in November, 1979.
panta98:Yes, there we go:
Take off!!!
Einai2000:But
at least now your messages appear faster on my screen - please proceed,
Franz.
panta98:Furthermore, just
like in 1962, when I had to teach myself German, in 1979, I had to
become
conversant with the Spanish language.
panta98:Meanwhile, I speak,
understand and can write in various tongues, among them: English,
German,
Spanish, Afrikaans, Dutch, Xhosa, Zulu, etc.
panta98:You speak English???
Nix verstehen!!!
CarlzimC: I'm trying to learn
Spanish from the novelas on TV.
panta98: Jokes aside, I
proceed. .... I tried to conscientize my students by introducing them
into
the principles of Marxism, into Praxis and Theory, and to gain their
support
for the anti-Apartheid movement and world revolution.
naranjahit: Oh
I am missing the novelas;-)
panta98: Stellaaaaa!!!!
naranjahit: Proceed
Franz!
panta98:proceeding.
.... Of course, I did not get far, but too late I realized how much
precious
time and sweet energy I had wasted "on the desert air", throwing
"pearls
to swine", for practically nothing. I was still dreaming about getting
back to Africa, and to serve my people.
panta98:I was still on the
"my people" delirious trip, still in the coma of "mass education",still
in the patriotic glory of revolutionary "strip-tease", still in the
wonderful
"human being" phobia, still stoned dead by "democratic human rights" ,
still tight and drunken, filled to the brim, with the ideological
mentholated
spirits of hope and belief.
CarlzimC:You had good company.
panta98: OK! Iris!
CarlzimC:During that period,
many of us believed that.
panta98:Yes, I was still
in tune with Radio Amnesty International, "Misereor", "Brot fuer die
Welt",
"Red Cross", "Economic Aid", etc.
panta98:Sincerely: May the
Good Old Lord Bless All These Lovely People And Their Humanistic
Dedication!
What I say, is not personal, it is institutional.
panta98:However, also: Father,
forgive them, they don't know what they are doing!
panta98:Hence, in 1983,
I accepted a professorship in political science, and off we flew to
Port
Harcourt, Nigeria. Luckily, it was not necessary to learn a new
language
again, for example, Ibo, Hausa or Yoruba.
Einai2000 has left the
room.
naranjahit:I
will invite Iris.
panta98:I'll proceed.
panta98:However, Nigeria
was not that what I thought, what I dreamed about. I was right back to
experience "racism", this time the "black" version. Most Nigerians
found
me too "white" to be a South African revolutionary. Just like most
Venezuelans
find me too"gringo" to be a "bolivariano".
panta98:How do you like
that?
CarlzimC: Halloween. When
doorbell
rings, I give candy to trick or treaters.
naranjahit:
It
is "haarsträubend".
panta98:In Heaven they'll
find me too hellish; and in Hell they'll find me too heavenly! Poor
me!!!
panta98:I'll have to go
eternally to Purgatory!!!
panta98:Proceeding. ...
naranjahit: Strange!But
this is how it functions: divide et impera.
panta98:I was given my
ideological
"racist colour" already, imprinted by everybody in my very soul; nobody
was patiently virtuous enough, waiting for me to show my true rainbow
colours.
The bridegroom, Big Brother, was smiling everywhere. 1984 had arrived,
yes, long ago already, only practically nobody had put oil in their
mental
lamps in time.
panta98:My "people" just
saw foreign implanted, alienated apparitions, appearances, phantoms,
phantasms,
phantasmagoria; victoriously, as usual, colonialism, racism and
neocolonialism
triumphed, had blotted out nearly all original forms of thinking and
thought
already.
panta98:This has not changed
much in the 21st century; in fact. the emancipatory illiteracy and
ignorance
are more en vogue than ever before; in spite of the permanent
bombardment
of tons and tons of "information".
panta98:Of course, the
socio-economic
conditions were deteriorated, and Nigeria was heading towards a next
military
coup; with last minute arrangements, hurriedly we left, and in 1984, I
was back again in Venezuela , where meanwhile a "Black Friday" had left
the country economically in shambles.
panta98:I was a real
"globetrotter"!
panta98:In 1988, Franz Jr.
was born, thereafter, in my Sabbatical year, I left to teach at the
Universities
of Frankfurt and Darmstadt.
panta98:And, again, the
next marriage broke up. The reason for all these tragedies a sweet
Guyanese
woman, Anne, once revealed to me; "Your burden is too heavy for me
to
carry!"
panta98:Well, at last, I
got some explanation for my misfortune.
panta98:I was already beginning
to doubt my exotic traits and attributes.
panta98:Stella, Carl. Any
comments???
CarlzimC:How would the military
coup in Nigeria have affected you?
naranjahit:This
woman - it seems that she understood a little bit....
panta98:Well, a military
coup in these countries, could end up like in Argentina, Chile or
Rwanda.
naranjahit:I
sent a invitation to Iris.
Einai2000 has entered
the room.
CarlzimC:Do you think they'd
arrest a college professor? They didn't in Argentina, Chile or Rwanda
CarlzimC:Hi,
Iris'
panta98:I might not have
been alive today anymore -- anybody with a critical mind is a victim!
Einai2000: Hi
again, Carl, Stella & Franz.
Einai2000:Ok,
I'm trying to join the boat, Franz.
Einai2000:The
messages, at least, come in a little faster now.
panta98:Proceeding. ...
CarlzimC: accepted by black
African leadership. Incorrect assumption.
panta98:Of course, I still
had my old stalwart friends, like Axel and Khalid, but new "hornets"
appeared
on the scene, defending the bulwark of emancipation, you know them all,
you all know yourselves, Jutta, Iris, Stella, Simon, Christoph, Martin,
Maybelli, etc.
CarlzimC:Please, proceed.
panta98:Of course, the "spirit
of the times" also changed; the "Cold War", the Berlin Wall, the "Iron
Curtain", and the Apartheid "Colour Bar" vanished; another kind of
youth,
who did not experience the turbulent '60's, are making their day.
Blind-foldedly,
some follow their maximum leader; consciously, others abhor all
versions
of "leaders".
Einai2000: ...and
Carl!
CarlzimC: Thanks, Iris
panta98:Also, the means
of communication changed, the Information Age was ushered in, Internet
became "cool", became "in". And therewith, Carl, Jeff, Bill,
Steve,
Scott and Vic, Len and Dan, Cairn and Mr. Jimmy; all made and make
their
variegated appearance and intellectual contributions on the Global
Cyber-Stage.
panta98:There they are all,
Iris! Cool & His Gang! The Cool Gang!!!
Einai2000: Coooool
:-)
CarlzimC: Yep.
naranjahit:
The gang!:-)
CarlzimC: Cool Crew!
panta98:In fact, the Millennium
Of Excellence, of Transcendence, faces us. The "quantum" leap from
Revolution
to Emancipation is on the order of the day.
panta98:Very early, at the
beginning of the 90's, we began smelling rats all over, the morbid,
rabid
stench of rattiest reform and revolution. We saw Red! We began to
superate
not only the three "R's", but everything related to a formal-logical or
dialectical "R = R"or "R and Non-R".
panta98:In nuce,
we declared a Cosmic "War" against rabid "Religion", against rattiest
"Reform",
against rapacious "Rebellion", against reckless "Revolution", against
reigning
"Reason".
panta98:We wanted to have
nothing to do, neither with the one nor the other.
panta98:We were sick of
unilaterality, unity, uniqueness, uniformity, Unilever, Universe,
Universality,
University; in a nutshell, sick and tired of "Great Ideas", of "Great
Gods",
of "Great Men", of "Great Leaders", of "Great People", of "Great
Races",
of"Great, Big Brothers".
panta98:We just did not
feel ourselves to be "great", we were searching for diversity,
triversity,
relation, dimensionally, trimensionality, for otherness, for
difference,
for spherence; in short, for Wisdom, for Excellence, for Emancipation.
panta98:We noticed that
there are different, variegated types of "human beings"; but that they
all have something in common, something identical. In this world, in
this
system, all of them work or labour.
Einai2000:Agreed...
please proceed...
panta98:We realized that
we could identify them by their acts, their actions, their work, their
labour. For sure, everybody has a task to perform; we don't want to
interfere
in the labour force. The people, the country, the continent, the world,
have to prosper. Go on working, ride on, giddy up, cowboy, we have a
world
of giga-profits to gain!
Einai2000:Yes.
panta98:Yes, Carl.
panta98:In front of the
eyes of our critical minds, we saw the great labour parade; beggars,
lumpen,
altar boys, pimps, gangsters, police-men, secret agents, thieves,
slaves,
menial labourers, serfs, house-wives, farm hands, physical workers,
etc.,
...
panta98:... practically
all of them vegetating in the Unemployment or Death Fund or in the Pray
& Toil Factory, for themselves, producing a Nearly Next To Nothing,
a meagre pittance.
panta98:We noticed that
others think for them, order them, that others perform a different kind
of labour: intellectual labour; either producing ideology or
intellectual
private property.
panta98:We saw students,
professors, intellectuals, humanists, poets, teachers, artists,
writers,
priests, theologians, reporters, historians, etc., most of them working
in the cultural "Mind & Thought Control" Factory, producing
Ideology
& Zombie Merchandise.
panta98:Then we took note
of the engineers, technicians, biologists, pharmacists, geneticists,
nano-technologists,
physicists, mathematicians, economists, managers, etc., of their
special
intellectual labour, and realized that nearly all of them are working
in
the Technological ABC Factory of Genocide, producing high-tech goodies.
panta98:hen, we looked at
some "human beings", who judged on their "face value" don't seem to
"work"
or "labour" hard at all: the Popes, the armchair philosophers, the
State
ideologues, CEO's, Directors, Presidents, Statesmen, Paramount Chiefs,
Sheikhs, "communists", "terrorists", Illuminati, Fascist and Nazi
Fuehrer,
etc.
panta98:However, after serious
thought, we came to the very interesting conclusion that all of them
work,
all of them labour: many to a certain level, less to a certain degree,
and very few to a certain mension.
Einai2000: Sauber,
Franz!
panta98:The absolute majority
works very hard, are economically exploited, politically dominated,
socially
discriminated and humanly alienated. They act, some intellectualize.
panta98:An infinitesimal
few labour even harder: they exploit economically, they dominate
politically,
they discriminate socially and they alienate the whole human species.A
few still intellectualize, the rest of them rationalize, rationalize
power,
capital and profits.
panta98:Well, more to come.
... I'm in form tonight!!! Ride On! Franz .....
panta98:So there we have
the whole bunch of labourers of Plato's Republic, of Hobbes' Leviathan,
of Huxley's Brave New World: the damned physical toilers, the doomed
intellectual
labourers, and the glorified rational exploiters. All working hard like
hell, for hell, but would never ever go to hell.
panta98:Agreed? D'accord?
Einai2000:Oh,
Franz, agreed ...
naranjahit:
Shure -agreed!
panta98:We saw the
labour essence of "Life", of "History", of "Progress", of "Democracy"
of
the "Future", unfolding in front of the fearful eyes of our tearful
mind.
We saw omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent Alienation at work.
panta98:We saw the "historic"
labouring forces parading in front of the historic stool of final
scientific-philosophic,
emancipatory judgement.
panta98:And then, jacta
est alea, the famous penny fell, that new, authentic, original
"Eureka"
feeling tantalized, energized, transcendentalized us.
panta98:Now we have discovered
Goethe's Pudelskern, the Magic Wand, the Lamp of Aladdin:We Do and
Think
and Excel, All Of, By and For Ourselves, Here, Now, Forever!!
panta98:This isnow our story,
thephenomenology of our minds. ....
panta98:We became aware
of the multiplicity of reality, of realities, about other levels,
degrees,
mensions and spheres of history -- about things until undreamed of.
naranjahit:
Yes, that is what we also saw! Rainbows!
panta98:Yes! Raindrops &
Rainbows keep falling on our heads, on our seat of wisdom!!!
END
