Chicken with adult saus 2 Pers 2 chicken filets 2 dl full cream 100-150g blue cheese Salt & pepper Chilli powder paprika powder Take the chicken and cut a small incision in the side of the filet. Stuff some of the cheese in there. Season with salt, pepper, chilli and paprika. Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the files all around until they get a nice golden colour. Place the files in an ovenproof form and crumble the rest of the blue cheese over and around it. Pour over the cream and place in a warm oven ca 200c for about 30- 40 minutes. Serve with rice and a fresh crispy salad. |
