Simple spicy pasta

Ready-made pasta, Ravioli

3 tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic

1-2 dried piri-piri

1/2 onion

Olive oil

Basil, oregano, dragon

1/4 tsp sugar

salt  & pepper

Start with making the saus.

Peel the garlic and cut in very small pieces.

Cut the onion.

Cut the tomatoes in smaller pieces.

Start with frying the onion and garlic in a generous amount of good olive oil. Don’t let it get burned so keep the heat on medium.

Add the tomatoes and piri-piri and let it all fry together until the tomatoes dissolve and you get a pretty thick tomatoes saus. Add the herbs. You can use dried ones when cooking but use the fresh for decoration or put them to the dish in the very end.

You can add some water if it gets too dry.

Season with salt and pepper and the sugar.

Boil the fresh pasta!

When the pasta is al dente add it to the tomato saus and fry another 10 minutes until the pasta has taken up the flavours from all the other ingrediences.

Serve with a good load of Parmesan and sprinkle fresh basil on top.
