Intalling Sod

Today is October 11th,2003. Saturday. Finally we got sod. Look at the huge truck that brought sod to us. It was really long, carring a forklift at the end. We got 1500 sq ft. Luckily our daughter was home from Davis and helped Dave tremendously.

At first, we thought the sod was different from the one we had for the rest of the yard. It turned out that the first rolls were kind of dried up. As we kept laying sod, greener sod came out. Good grief!
