What's New - Dec 2003 |
December 28, 2003 - So the Christmas holiday was great! Bert, Raye, & Lisa came over & spent the holiday with my family. One of the highlights of my gifts had to be (in no particular order): 1.) a wallet that said, "boys are stupid - throw rocks at them" 2.) Razorback T-shirt and 3.) a walmart gift card - mind you - there isn't a walmart in a 20 mile radius of where I live. On a not so great note, i got a text message on Christmas day from the P.Ho wishing me a Merry Christmas. When I said, "same to you" his response was, "whatever". Now, come on people - what's the point??? Why bother me with that kind of crap? Selfish, i say. Selfish. I don't know how faithful I'll be with my updates over the next few weeks since I'm working pretty much the entire month. So if you're wondering what I'm up to just assume "oh yeah...she's working." Happy New Year's to all!! December 23, 2003 - Not only am I am idiot about this whole P.Ho fiasco, but I don't listen to Miles. He toldl me weeks ago about P.Ho. Oh yeah, I am also the grinch. (No, I am in the xmas spirit, I just look like the grinch) December 20, 2003 - So just to be sure that everyone knows how dumb I am, i'm going to post my latest idiocy. I haven't talked to the P.Ho since well over a week ago. He has, however tried to call me, email me, and has picked up the phones of other people that I was trying to call. The guilt started to set in until one of my very good friends basically told me that everything that I had suspected about him has been true. His sister called me and asked me a few questions about P.Ho and i had to explain to her that I was no longer talking to him. Her response to me was, "What'd he do NOW?" that told me a whole heck of a lot. Ladies, trust me when I tell you - once a player, always a player. Only give the benefit of the doubt if you're fully prepared to suffer the consequences. There's more to this, but my willingness to share my stupidity only goes so far. Last night, erin fuj being the GREAT friend that she is, took me out to get my mind off of things, instead of doing the Christmas shopping she needed to do. As much as I would like to pretend that this whole thing with the P.Ho didn't bother me, it really upset me a lot. We went to McCabe's in Santa Monica. Here's where it gets funny. we get picked up on by a 24 year old. yeah. end of story, but still funny. The young'uns love the oldies... |
