3/2/2001 - I'm getting ready to go to an All Church Retreat this weekend in Ventura. I'm looking forward to it!! It'll be fun stopping off @ the outlets, too!!

3/1/2001 - I'm done with the shows for the year!! YAY!! They are just getting more & more painful as the years go on. Well, i'll be turning 30 this month. I can't imagine that I'll be liking my birthday this year!! :(

3/7/2001 - GOOOOOOO LA KINGS!! I went to the King's game last nite with Erin, Lori, & Nancy, thanks to Nancy's invitation! :) We got to sit in the Luxury Suites!! Man, that is the WAY to go!! The food is better, the seats are FAR more comfortable, and you can watch videos if you want!! The dessert cart is pretty good, but way expensive.

03/12/2001 - I had a really great weekend! On Friday evening I went to dinner with Miles, Aya & Sao for Aya's belated birthday at PF Chang's. Like the deadbeat I am, I forgot to wrap aya's gift, so I need to drop it off late...again. We had a great time, despite the fact that Jeff was being a big time Lame-O and wouldn't come out with us to play.

On Saturday, Dina took me to Kate Mantineli's for breakfast. (didn't see any stars, tho'. :( )We arrived a bit early, so we went make up shopping at Barney's & Saks. Mind you, between Dina & myself, we probably have enough products to paint the Sistine Chapel, but it's always fun to see what else they have.

On Saturday evening, erin invited tara, dan, craig, leslie, & shel to hang out. Les & Shel didn't come until we were almost out the door. We had a great time eating, drinking (soda), & playing games!

3/14/01 - I hadn't talked to Tara in a couple of days, so I felt a little concerned for her. I gave her a call at the office, only to find out that she left early because she wasn't feeling well. I called her on her cell phone and at home but I didn't get in contact with her. Her mom called me about an hour later and she told me that Tara was in the E.R. She had to be admitted into the hospital with Kidney infection. Poor thing. Luckily, she's ok and everything is going to fine. She just looked miserably uncomfortable. Erin & I drove her car back to her house & picked up some necessities (like her blankie). Hopefully she'll be out of the hospital tomorrow!

3/21/01- Well, the party's over...I'm now officially 30. We had a get together @ sao & darin's...i had a GREAT time. Lot's of food & friends sharing my special day. I'm still overwhelmed by the kindness & generosity of my friends & family. I feel so lucky & blessed to have them in my life. Darrell took portraits of all of us, so as soon as he scans them in, I'll post it up on my website!!
Tara, crazy girl, came to the party, too, even tho' she just got out of the hospital the day before! Thanks, tee!!
Despite Miles' complaining, he did show up and even wrote a card. On the card he placed his blister. Ummm...thanks, miles. (aya - your husband is GROSS!!!!) Now I can add the blister to the toe nail collection!

3/25/01 - Went to the dentist (dr dina) on Friday, baaaaad news - got a cavity. Under the question (paraphrased) "What are you afraid of?" I had to answer, "the dentist". Actually it wasn't too bad (if any of you are looking for a dentist in the burbank area, be sure to drop me a line). The hardest part of the appointment was trying to get through the laughter...or maybe it was those darn X-Rays that dina was trying to KILL me with. So, after having nothing to talk to each other about at my appointment, we did manage to shoot off over 230 emails to each other. We really have to get a life. Losers.

03/31/01 - Woke up & went to the gym @ 7:00am! YAY, me!! Busy day today w/Jay's wedding shower & dinner with some other friends. Jay's shower was a lot of fun. Saw some people i haven't seen in awhile. It was good to see them again.

Went to dinner with Bert, Raye, Lisa N, & some guy named Chris. We went to C & O's. Luckily Bert brought out the good stuff!! Silver Oak cab is delicious!! YUMMMMMMMMMM!! I think it's one of my favorite cabs, right next to Opus One. :)

03/30/01 - I got an email from someone wishing me a happy birthday. It turns out that Dina's photo that she sent in to channel 7 news of me for my birthday came on tv only 11 days late. For those who were up & watching ch 7 news @ 5:45am may have seen this. Thanks, dina...and to all those who have wished me a happy birthday.

On a darker side, i had my cavity filled. I attempted to try it w/out novacaine at first, but me being the wuss that I am, had to give up & get a shot. I didn't think about it's sensitivity until dina brought it up again this morning.
