What's New?

04/09/01 - Dr Dina stalked me at Souplantation.  She saw my car and deducted that I was at Souplantation.  Pretty good guess. I had dinner with Jeanette yesterday to discuss her wedding plans.  It seems to be flowing pretty smoothly!!

04/15/01 - well...it's that time again...TAXES.  Ugh.  I had to run to Greg today to make sure I wasn't going to be thrown into jail for doing my taxes wrong.  Typical of me, I wait until Wednesday to do my taxes.  My dad was so freaked out that I hadn't done my taxes yet that he was convinced that I was going to be thrown into jail.  I was a little worried myself, seeing as how I had to file a different form this year.  At least it's done & i'm getting a return!!  yay, me! 4/14/01 - Went to see Spy Kids.  I didn't invite Dina again.  (Get over it, dina).  It was pretty cute.  Surprisingly, I liked it.  Erin thought it was funny as well.  Tara thought we were just retarded. 4/13/01 - I hung out with tara, dan, tom & craig!  Haven't seen the Praxis folks in quite awhile.  We had some dessert @ Claim Jumpers.  4/12/01 - Tara & I went to get our haircut by Mrs Igawa.  She's rather upset that her hair is so short.  I think it looks really good.  I think she looks a lot more professional now.  She's in a bit of shock from having 8 inches cut off.

4/16/01 - signs of mom getting old...I was brushing my teeth & heard this loud popping sound in the kitchen.  It sounded like a gun shot.  I went into the kitchen to find it filled with smoke.  Apparently my mom had been making hardboiled eggs...for about an HOUR.  She had forgotten that she was making it & went off to bed.  Cleaning up the 5 eggs that had been in pot was really enlightening...I now know how far an egg can explode...quite a distance.

04/27/01 - This week has been absolutely nuts.  I had my Regional Sales Managers in town for a meeting, I had to clean my house before i got ready to leave, i had to finish up the 1001 cranes & money box for Jay & carlos' wedding, and I had to do some baking before i left for Japan.  I've been totally neurotic with all the preparations.  Jay's wedding is tomorrow and I know it's going to be lovely.  There's just a lot to do before then.  It definitely takes time to prepare the perfect wedding.  The day after I'm leaving for Japan and I hope to get all this stuff done before I go.  I won't have internet access in Japan so, I won't post until after May 12.  Hopefully I'll be able to have some travelogue pages.  :) See you all next month!!!
