VENDOR: Revolution Performance Motorsports COST: $499.95 PERFORMANCE INCREASE: (see below) INSTALLATION: 06/09/2006 As most 6 drivers know, the stock clutch is garbage. Many are having their clutches unexpectedly burn out between 10K and 20K miles! I feel grateful that mine lasted 40K. However, fate has finally caught up with it, so it's time for it to be replaced. After some research, this is the best clutch I've found, taking into consideration performance, durability, and cost. It was an expensive part, but totally worth it in my opinion. It was a little touchy to get used to, but it's all good now. It's super smooth, even more so than the stock clutch. Now that I've passed the 500-mile break-in period, it's even more impressive. Wearing it in made it a little more touchy though. Still taking some getting used to. When it grips, it grips hard! It's fun. It put the fun back into driving a stick. |
