GENERAL SHOW RULES |

1. All Late entries will be assessed a charge of $10 per horse. No Exceptions. |
2. All entries must be submitted on a proper entry form. One form for every horse/rider combination. Handwritten or other submissions will not be accepted. No phone entries allowed. |
3. Shows will be run on a pre-entry basis. All cheques and money orders are to be made payable to the Manitoba Appaloosa Horse Club. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted. A $20 service charge will be collected for N.S.F. cheques. Entries must be POSTMARKED OR FAXED 10 days prior to the show date. Any "Late Entries" will be charged a late fee of $10/horse for entries made at that show. Any participant entered in a show who is unable to attend shall be refunded all show and entry fees minus a $5 administration fee only if notification is given prior to the show. If a horse becomes unsound and a vet certificate is produced, money will be refunded for the remainder of class fees minus a $5 administration fee. |
4. A copy of all Horses Canadian registration papers must accompany the entries or to be produced at the show. If the appropriate registration papers are not produced, the entry(ies) will not be accepted. |
5. A copy of the current Manitoba Horse Council (or provincial equivalent) and the National Appaloosa Horse Club membership cards for both the owner and the handler must also accompany the entries or to be produced at the show at time of entry. If these requirements are not met then memberships must be purchased at the time of entry. |
6. Any late substitutions in classes will be considered a new entry and treated according to late entry rules. |
7. To be eligible for year-end awards, both owner and handler must be Manitoba Appaloosa Horse Club members in good standing for points to be counted. |
8. Show rules of the Appaloosa Horse Club of Canada also apply. |
