  • 3/4 pt Concentrated Red Grape Juice
  • 1/4 tsp tsps Citric Acid
  • 1 tsp tannin
  • yeast & pectin enzyme
  • 1 Trial Jar
  • 1 tsp yeast nutrient
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks - Optinal
