Which Way Is Up I-Spy Mystery Part 5
Congradulations!! You have made it to the final Part of this mystery. I hope everyone has enjoyed doing this, and you feel that this was a good use of your I-spy or ABC Charms.
Now onto the final sewing and then the layout.
Let's arrange out materials. Right now you will need your quarter Square rectangles, your 4 patches, and the rest of your fabric A and B. This would be 10 - 4.5" x 2" and 4 - 4.5" x 1.25" pieces.
Now let's arrange our supplies into 4 different piles.
Pile One:- 2 - 4.5" x 1.25" Fabric B
- 5 - 4.5" x 2" Fabric B
- 3 - 4 patches
- 3 - quarter square triangles.
Pile Two:
- 2 - 4.5" x 1.25" Fabric A
- 5 - 4.5" x 2" Fabric A
- 3 - 4 patches
- 3 - quarter square triangles.
Pile Three:- 2 - 4.5" x 1.25" Fabric B
- 5 - 4.5" x 2" Fabric B
- 3 - 4 patches
- 3 - quarter square triangles.
Pile Four:
- 2 - 4.5" x 1.25" Fabric A
- 5 - 4.5" x 2" Fabric A
- 3 - 4 patches
- 3 - quarter square triangles.
Now Onto Sewing
First I will start with the directions for sewing Piles 1 and 3.
You will need to sew in order:
- 4.5" x 1.25" Fabric B;
- 4-patch;
- 4.5" x 2" Fabric B;
- Quarter Square Triangle (QST);
- 4.5" x 2" B;
- 4-patch;
- 4.5" x 2" Fabric B;
- (QST);
- 4.5" x 2" B;
- 4-patch;
- 4.5" x 2" Fabric B;
- (QST);
- 4.5" x 1.25" Fabric B

Now here are the directions for sewing Piles 2 and 4
You will need to sew in order:- 4.5" x 1.25" Fabric A;
- QST;
- 4.5" x 2" Fabric A;
- 4-Patch;
- 4.5" x 2" A;
- QST;
- 4.5" x 2" Fabric A;
- 4-Patch;
- 4.5" x 2" A;
- QST;
- 4.5" x 2" Fabric A;
- 4-Patch;
- 4.5" x 1.25" Fabric A
