3/4 cup sifted all purpose flour |

Blend flour, powdered sugar, almonds and butter in a small bowl. Press evenly on bottom of an 8x8x2" pan. Bake in moderate oven 350* for 20 min. Combine eggs, sugar, lemon rind, juice, baking powder, and salt in small bowl of mixer; beat at medium speed about 3 min or until fluffy. Stir in coconut; pour over hot crust. Bake 25 min longer, or until golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into 2" squares. |
