Preheat oven to 375*. Heat oil in skillet, saute beef and onion until onion is transparent and beef has lost its redness. Stir in salt and pepper. Put meat mixture in 1 1/2 qt baking dish; spread potatoes on top. Sprinkle with cheese; bake in pre-heated oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling. |
