4 medium sized tomatoes |

Remove cores from tomatoes. Slice tomatoes 1/2" thick; place in a serving dish on lettuce leaves, if desired. Combine vinegar, sugar, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Add celery. Spoon dressing over tomatoes. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving. |
