Whole Wheat Rolls

Ingredients

2 pkg yeast
1 stick butter
3 cups whole wheat flour
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp warm water
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup honey
2 cups unbleached or plain flour

Directions

Dissolve yeast in warm water.  Heat milk to almost boiling, cool and add butter, honey, yeast, eggs, salt, and flour.  Mix well, cover with lid.  Place in refrigerator.  Remove 3 or 4 hours before serving.  Knead lightly on well floured board.  Roll out 1/4 in. thick and cut into squares, let rise until double.  Bake 375* 12-15 minutes.  Brush with butter.
