Dissolve yeast in warm water. Heat milk to almost boiling, cool and add butter, honey, yeast, eggs, salt, and flour. Mix well, cover with lid. Place in refrigerator. Remove 3 or 4 hours before serving. Knead lightly on well floured board. Roll out 1/4 in. thick and cut into squares, let rise until double. Bake 375* 12-15 minutes. Brush with butter. |
