Zuchinni Bread

Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups grated raw zuchinni (unpeeled)
3 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions

Mix together eggs, oil, sugar, and zuchinni.  Stir in flour, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder.  Pour into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 loaf pans.  Bake at 325* for 1 hour or until loaves test done.  Remove from pans and cool on rack.
