Billy Hamilton had 4 hits and 4 RBI at League Park as the Grand River
Ghostmen, running on all cylinders, ripped the Cleveland Mayors by a large 16
to 2 margin.

Hamilton enjoyed a big evening at the plate.  He doubled in the 1st inning,
doubled clearing the bases in the 2nd inning, doubled in the 7th inning and
blasted a solo shot (his 3rd of the season) in the 9th inning.  Grand River
bats were hot in the 2nd inning with 7 runs on 5 hits.  Grand River had many
opportunities throughout the game and scored in 6 separate innings. 

Lefty Grove(1-2) picked up the victory, allowing 2 runs in 8 and 2/3 innings.
Sid Fernandez(0-2) absorbed the loss.  He gave up 8 runs and 5 hits in 1 and
2/3 innings. 

'Some days it just all comes together, and this was one of them' Hamilton
said.  'I've been seeing the ball pretty well lately.'
