Harry Heilmann had 5 hits and 5 RBI at Tiger Stadium as the Athens Bobkittens,
running on all cylinders, ripped the Hinckley Buzzards by a large 16 to 2
margin.

Heilmann had a big evening at the plate.  He delivered a base-hit in the 1st
inning, stroked a single bringing in a run in the 2nd inning, lined a
one-base hit scoring two baserunners in the 4th inning, laced a single in the
6th inning and hit a single bringing in two baserunners in the 6th inning.
Athens lit up the scoreboard in the 2nd inning with 4 runs on 5 hits and the
6th inning which saw them plate 6 runs on 5 hits.  Athens finished with 17
hits while Hinckley ended up with 4. 

Russ Ford(8-8) got credit for the victory, pitching 7 innings and allowing 2
runs. Jim Kaat(3-2) absorbed the loss.  He was knocked around pretty good,
giving up 7 runs in 3 and 2/3 innings.
